The Formation of Modern High-Tech Industrial Production Within the "Industry 4.0" Concept Implementation
The key technologies analysis of modern high-tech production digitalization within the "Industry 4.0" concept implementation is proposed, related to its organization, hardware and software automation, creation of new mechanisms of inter-machine interaction, taking into account the place and functions of such technologies in the structure of the general scientific and technological development of high-tech enterprises. The concept, essence and application potential of following basic tools are considered - digital transformation as a cyber-physical system, Industrial IoT, product life cycle management system, collaborative work, technological analysis of big data, artificial intelligence and adaptive 3D printing technologies. The deep interconnection and mutual influence of such technologies in high-tech production reflects the systemic nature of the industrial structures transformation and complex application in accordance with the level of automation and robotics.
