First-Step Multipolar OEPM Framework: Pole-Weighted Averages in Complex Systems
Many real‐world phenomena—ranging from tumor‐microenvironment interactions to social conflict zones and galaxy‐cluster mass maps—cannot be captured by a single “uniform field.” Instead, these systems are better described by multiple overlapping centers of influence (“poles”), each with its own amplitude and decay scale. In this paper, we introduce a minimal multipolar OEPM framework. We define each pole by a location, an intrinsic strength, and a characteristic decay length. We show that any measurement at a point (e.g., local proliferation pressure in tissue, social‐tension index on a map, or lensing convergence in a cluster) is naturally a pole‐weighted average of all active poles’ contributions. We lay out the initial, simple mathematical structure—no more complex than exponential decay kernels and a finite‐resolution averaging kernel—and illustrate how a pole‐weighted sum reproduces a smooth‐looking field. This “initial framework” serves as a blueprint for data‐driven implementations in diverse domains.
