Comparative Study Of Different Parameters From Surface Water Resources
Abstract Water is one of the most essential compounds for life, playing a crucial role in shaping the environment and regulating the climate. Water is universal solvent use for various synthesis of drugs and dyes so its important to know the physicochemical parameters of water. The quality of water is determined by its physical and chemical characteristics, which are critical for assessing its suitability for various uses. This study focuses on analysing water samples collected from river and lake sources to evaluate key parameters such as pH, Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD), Dissolved Oxygen (DO) and Total Hardness. The results provide valuable insights into the water quality of these sources, highlighting variations in parameters across different locations
