DYNAMICS OF CARBON MONOXIDE CONCENTRATION CHANGES IN THE ATMOSPHERE OF NORTHEASTERN VIETNAM
The article analyzes data from the Sentinel-5P TROPOMI satellite, which was processed using the Google Earth Engine platform. The study examines the temporal dynamics of carbon monoxide (CO) concentrations in northeastern Vietnam. It also considers the spatial distribution of CO across six provinces in the region from 2019 to 2024. The findings indicate that CO concentrations exhibit stable seasonal fluctuations. Peak values are observed in March and April each year. Additionally, a high spatial correlation was identified, indicating the stability of CO distribution. The obtained results confirm the necessity of long-term air pollution monitoring.
