"Magnoelectric vs. Electromagnetic: A Causal Realignment"

Submission of Sequel Paper “Magnetic Compression and Electric-Magnetic Interplay” Dear ATPM Editorial Board, Following the publication of my fusion paper, Magnetic Compression and Electric-Magnetic Interplay: A New Perspective on Hydrogen Fusion Mechanism (Wilcox, 2025), which established magnetic pressure as the initiating force in non-thermal fusion, I am submitting its natural sequel. This new paper reframes turbulence as a phenomenon of applied magneto-dynamics, extending the same magnoelectric asymmetry into fluid behavior. The framework preserves experimental falsifiability while completing the conceptual arc initiated in the fusion study. Given its interdisciplinary continuity and theoretical advancement, I propose this work be considered either as a direct continuation within the same volume or as the centerpiece of a themed special issue exploring magnetic primacy across physical systems. Sincerely, Clyde Jermaine Wilcox Independent Researcher, Advanced Theoretical Physics and Mathematics ---
