TRICK scale up strategy

The objective of this deliverable is to evaluate the final results of the TRICK project and outline a long-term roadmap, including the timing and resources required for its commercial exploitation. The activities in T6.4 aimed to understand the context for scaling up the TRICK platform and its components. By leveraging market analysis (T7.2), exploitation strategy (T6.4), and business modeling (T8.5), we assessed the IT partners’ strategies for scaling up post-project.To design and implement a scale-up strategy for TRICK IT partners, a focused benchmark of commercial providers offering similar services within and outside the EU was conducted. This benchmarking identified a specific segment to position TRICK against competitors, pinpointed improvements to enhance market presence, and evaluated the resources needed to advance from TRL7-8 to TRL9. The comparative analysis highlighted common aspects (points of parity) and distinctive features (points of difference) of TRICK compared to competitors. These points of difference were surveyed among TRICK partners to match them with actual customer needs. The survey also explored potential adaptations of TRICK to address unsolved customer needs, classified improvements by urgency and resource requirements, and assessed adoption barriers.
