Why Neutrinos Cannot Be Dark Matter: A Scientific Clarification in the TGIU Framework
This document outlines the theoretical and observational reasons why neutrinos and other weakly interacting particles cannot account for dark matter within the TGIU (Teoria Gravito-Informațională Universală) framework. The analysis contrasts the particle-based models of dark matter with TGIU's prediction of a particleless, informational gradient-based dark matter. Supporting and conflicting experimental evidence is also reviewed.
