Descriptive-correlational methods were used to analyze data from 358 respondents, collected through online surveys and interviews. Financial literacy was measured across spending, saving, investing, and availing insurance. The study found that most respondents were female, aged 26-33, married, college graduates, and had a monthly income of PHP 24,601-39,400. While respondents generally demonstrated adequate financial literacy, key challenges included budget constraints and limited financial training. The study recommends that government agencies provide financial literacy training, develop and implement IEC materials, and promote financial tracking tools to enhance employee financial well-being.
