FOOD COURT APPLICATION FOR TERTIARY STUDENTS
The increasing penetration of technology in our student’s lives and the advent of leisure computing among students of AU creates a fertile environment for successful thriving of an online based food ordering system. AU Food Court is an application designed primarily for use among Amity University Students. The system will allow food vendors to showcase their daily menu, which will enable users to quickly and easily scan through an online menu which they can use to place orders with just a few clicks. The respective administrators of each food vendor on the platform can then use these orders through an easy to navigate graphical user interface for efficient processing. The application provides convenience for the users. The online food ordering app sets up menus online and the customers easily place the order with a simple click. Also, with a food menu online you can easily track the orders, maintain the customer's database and improve the food delivery service. This system allows the user to select the desired food items from the displayed menu. The user orders the food items. The user’s data is maintained with confidentiality as the system has a separate account for each user. An id and password are provided for each user. Therefore, it provides a more secure ordering.
