Emotion Management
Although emotion, which is generally defined as intense feelings directed towards someone or something (Çakar and Arbak, 2004), gained importance especially in the 1980s, it is possible to say in the literature review that there are not enough studies on emotion and emotion management in our country. The concept of emotional intelligence has mostly been the subject of research by combining it with other variables. The purpose of this study is to emphasize the importance of emotion management by explaining the concept of emotion management and revealing its impact on the work-life balance of today's employees.
