Rehabilitation measures for industrial enterprises in the area of ensuring innovative development and competitiveness in turbulent conditions

The subject of the research is the theoretical and methodological aspects of rehabilitationmeasures for industrial enterprises in the context of ensuring innovative development andcompetitiveness in turbulent conditions.The aim of the research is to analyze the main rehabilitation measures, tools and factors ofinfluence in the field of ensuring innovative development and competitiveness of industrial enterprisesin conditions of turbulence.Research methods. The article uses the methods of analysis and synthesis, generalization andclassification, factor analysis, tabular and graphical methods.Results of the investigation. It is established that ensuring innovative development and increasingthe competitiveness of enterprises is critical for their sustainability, adaptability and long–termfunctioning. It is determined that rehabilitation measures aimed at modernizing production processes,optimizing management and introducing innovations will allow industrial enterprises to overcomethe crisis and create conditions for further development. It is proved that effective reorganizationof enterprises is an important tool for ensuring their viability, sustainable development and ability toinnovate. The author defines reorganization as a system of measures aimed at restoring the financialand economic stability of an enterprise, preventing bankruptcy, optimizing management, productionand marketing processes, which covers a set of measures aimed at restoring solvency, eliminatingfinancial problems and ensuring stable functioning of an enterprise in the face of growing challengesof the external and internal environment. As a result, it is established that innovative development andcompetitiveness are synergistically related, key elements for ensuring the rehabilitation of industrialenterprises, since it is the introduction of the latest technologies, management methods and productionapproaches that allows to reach a qualitatively new level of competitiveness. Innovative developmentis aimed at introducing new ideas, technologies and business models to achieve the strategic goalsof enterprises. In the process of rehabilitation of industrial enterprises, innovations become the basisfor optimizing production processes, expanding the range of products and improving their quality, andreducing production costs through the introduction of modern technologies. Scope of the results. Change planning and enterprise restructuring, crisis management, enterpriserehabilitation, economy.Conclusions. It has been determined that the main rehabilitation measures for industrial enterprisesin the context of ensuring innovative development and competitiveness in turbulence are financial,technological, organizational, marketing, environmental, legal, corporate and governmental measures.It is proved that innovative development is the basis for successful reorganization of enterprises,which will stabilize the financial and economic condition, lay the foundation for long–term development,increase competitiveness and ensure adaptation to changes in the external environment. Anintegrated approach to the implementation of rehabilitation measures is proposed, which will allowindustrial enterprises to restore financial stability, adapt to modern changes and create a platformfor sustainable innovative development and competitiveness in the long term. It is proved that theeffective implementation of rehabilitation measures will help industrial enterprises to overcome thecrisis and form sustainable competitive advantages in the long term, where the focus should be oninnovation, focus on environmental sustainability and flexibility in management decision–making.
