Enhancing Online Learning through Video Content Transcription and Multilingual Translation: An NLP-Based Approach

Abstract - The main goal of this study demonstrates an NLP-based integrated technology that operates within an e-learning platform for automatic educational video transcription and multilingual translation. The system solves digital education difficulties through its provision of English along with both Hindi and Malayalam multilingual support for better accessibility. Technology-enabled voice recognition combined with machine translation makes our implementation enable better understanding and leads to higher educational performance because students access materials in their preferred language at suitable times. Their evaluation involved two main tests: transcription precision and translation quality together with time needed for video processing compared to material difficulty and length. The implementation provided users with enhanced ease of use as measurements showed a 92 to 95 percent accuracy in transcription among diverse student groups. Natural Language Processing technology demonstrates a beneficial utilization through this project which enriches educational technology research.
