ASPECTELE STUDIILOR DE EVALUARE A CUNOȘTINȚELOR, ATITUDINILOR ȘI PRACTICILOR PRIVIND REZISTENȚA LA ANTIMICROBIENE

Summary. Understanding and combating antimicrobial resistance is a complex process that requires a comprehensive approach. For this purpose, it is important to increase the level of understanding of the issue among the population. This study involved the development of the questionnaire based on a literature review and pre-testing. The questionnaire was developed according to the KAP (Knowledge, Attitudes, Practices) and consists of 56 questions that address the population’s knowledge, attitudes, and practices concerning antibiotics. The tool was tested based on the participation of 767 respondents in the survey. The results from using this questionnaire can strengthen efforts to raise awareness of the issue and promote adoption of good antibiotic practices.
