DIGITAL MODELING IN MICRO-MILLING DETAIL PROCESSING TECHNOLOGIES
This article discusses the technologies and approaches for micro-milling parts in the manufacturing process. Automation of the micro-milling process allows for increased efficiency, time savings, and high-quality, high-precision machining of parts. The introduction of neural networks into the process helps to predict and optimize complex uncertainties that arise during the milling process. In particular, digital twin modeling is the basis for accurately representing an individual, allowing digital twins to provide functional services and meet application requirements. IDEF refers to a family of modeling languages that include a wide range of uses, from functional modeling to data, simulation, object-oriented analysis, and information gathering.
