The article is devoted to the innovative challenges and transformational processes in enterprise human resource management. Innovative challenges for the enterprise and its management system are identified. It is revealed that HR management, under conditions of innovation-driven sustainable development, ceases to be merely an operational function and transforms into a strategic tool. The transformational processes in human resource management at the enterprise level are defined. The role of inclusive social responsibility in the transformation of a modern enterprise is highlighted. The features of social responsibility in enterprise development management are formulated. The specific characteristics of each aspect are defined both in terms of implementation and in their impact on the enterprise’s innovative development.
