A Simple Equation for Quantifying the Cosmos

In this working paper, I introduce a method to estimate the observable universe's size at three minutes after the Big Bang, leveraging a matter-dominated scaling equation. The initial approach uses a linear scaling factor, while refinements incorporate a nonlinear scale to better represent the early universe’s rapid inflation and subsequent deceleration phases. By applying a refined age scaling equation, this work estimates the universe's radius and light travel time under assumptions of constant and variable expansion rates. It also discusses limitations of linear models and the benefits of integrating cosmological parameters for enhanced accuracy. Intended as a preliminary exploration, this model invites further examination and refinements to understand the early universe's scale and expansion history more precisely.
