Abstract:Green Banking Practices (GBP) refer to environmentally sustainable banking practices that reduce the environmental impact of financial institutions while promoting environmentally friendly activities. This article's goal is to examine GBP, their adoption factors, employee perception and the significance in public and private sector banks. The function and contribution of banks to environmental sustainability are also covered in this study.
