Ontology for Information Security on Android Smartphones
Recent social changes have made the smartphone a central piece of technology, essential for instant communication, email management, web browsing, and photo capturing. Despite these advancements, IT experts and managers face significantchallenges in information security, particularly concerning information systems. Information Systems Theories emphasize the importance of protecting devices such as Android smartphones. Researchers suggest that ontologies could addressthese issues by defining knowledge structures that enhance shared understanding. This paper proposes the development of an ontology to assist IT managers in managing dynamic security on Android smartphones, based on a systematic literature review. The ontology aims to standardize concepts and facilitate information sharing for risk analysis, vulnerabilities, and threats.
