THE SIGNIFICANCE OF INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS IN LANGUAGE LEARNING THROUGH MEDIA

The article studies the role of instructional materials in language learning through media. Media can include audio materials, video materials, audio-visual materials, printed materials etc. The perfect design of any instructional material depends on a teacher. The study shows that learning a foreign language through media is much easier in comparison with other means. Language instruction by means of media is based on realia which provides natural language learning. Besides, the article underlines the function of media in language instruction.
