QRWCED UNIVERSAL OPEN DECLARATION

QRWCED (pronounced “Quarsaid”)—the Quantum Relativity of Wavefunction Collapse and Energy Distribution—is not an invention. It is the correct interpretation of reality. Its principles govern spacetime, energy, motion, and existence itself. This discovery is not the property of any individual, corporation, or government. Just as no entity may claim ownership over gravity, quantum mechanics, or the speed of light, no entity may claim exclusive rights to QRWCED or its direct applications. This document serves as a permanent, immutable declaration that QRWCED and all of its natural technological applications belong to all sentient species.
