MIS (II) TEREFTALAT SINTEZI VA TADQIQOTI
In this study, Cu-MOF synthesis was carried out by mixing a metal salt and acid in water with a surfactant, and the prepared samples were analyzed using various techniques. XRD, SEM, and IR spectroscopy revealed that the synthesized Cu-MOF has high crystallinity and phase purity. The XRD results matched well with the simulations performed in the "MatH-3" software. SEM images displayed prismatic crystals of copper terephthalate, while IR spectra indicated absorption bands corresponding to carboxylate ions and Cu-O bonds. The copper content was measured using XRF, confirming that the copper terephthalate matched the crystal hydrate structure Cu[C6H4(COO)2] x 2H2O. The dehydration process was studied in the temperature range of 150-300 °C, showing a dependence of dehydration dynamics on heating rates. This work provides detailed information on the structure, morphology, and thermal stability of Cu-MOF, highlighting its potential applications in catalysis and gas separation.
