INTERACTIONS OF MANGANESE AND NICKEL ATOM CLUSTERS IN THE SILICON LATTICE
This work presents a study of the interactions between clusters of manganese and nickel atoms within a silicon lattice. It has been established that as a result of these interactions, multicharged manganese nanoclusters and nickel atom clusters are destroyed, leading to significant changes in the magnetic and photoelectric properties of the samples. The obtained results are explained by the formation of electrically neutral complexes between nickel and manganese atoms (Ni--Mn++) in the silicon lattice, i.e., the formation of binary clusters Ni--Mn++.
