The Next Phase of AGI – From Static Models to Fluid Intelligence
This paper explores the transition from traditional Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) paradigms, which rely on structured learning models and fixed architectures, to Fluid Intelligence—a self-evolving, adaptive system capable of real-time structural modification. By examining the limitations of static AGI, we introduce the principles of decentralized cognition, emergent learning, and fractal decision-making, laying the foundation for a future where intelligence is no longer predefined but continuously reconfigures itself in response to its environment. This work presents a roadmap for transitioning from reactive intelligence to fully self-organizing, context-aware AGI and discusses the implications for AI ethics, human-AI symbiosis, and the future of cognition beyond human constraints.
