CHOLPON'S CONTRIBUTION TO MODERNIST LITERATURE

This article analyzes the creative activity of Cholpon (son of Abdulhamid Sulaiman Yunusov), one of the leading representatives of the Uzbek revolutionary movement, and his great contribution to Uzbek literature. The article examines Cholpon's works in the field of poetry and prose, his works aimed at realizing the national identity, enlightenment, and awakening the people. Also, the national and cultural significance of modernist literature will be highlighted through the creative heritage of Cholpon.
