Applied Study of the Place of Religion in the Constitution of Afghanistan

One of the necessary issues of any society is to have a government and political system, which has a special place in Islamic political jurisprudence. In today's societies, the constitution of each country follows the legal system of that country. The important issue at this time, especially in religious societies, is the content of the Constitution and the position and role of religion in that society. After years of war, the country of Afghanistan approved its constitution in 2003.Considering that the new constitution of Afghanistan introduces the type of government as an Islamic republic and has ethnic, cultural and linguistic similarities with Iran, the study of the place of religion in the constitution Afghanistan will not be free of benefits for our own country either.The main question of this article is what is the place of religion in the constitution of Afghanistan and the Islamic Republic.
