ANALYSIS OF COURT CASES OF DISPOSSESSED PEASANTS (BASED ON MATERIALS FROM MUNICIPAL ARCHIVES OF THE KACHUG AND ZHIGALOVSKY DISTRICTS OF THE IRKUTSK REGION)

The article examines the historical and legal aspects of the judicial process of dispossession of individual peasants of the Kachug and Zhigalovsky districts. The article presents an analysis of the movement of the court case, with examples from archival sources from the late 1920 - early 1930. These documents were found in the Archival Departments of the Kachugsky and Zhigalovsky districts of the Irkutsk region. The author provides fragments from materials, namely extracts from protocols, statements, certificates, descriptions of the economy of the economy, etc. The submitted documents allow us to identify the key factors influencing the decision to consider a particular case. The article also shows the perception of the process of dispossession by peasants and describes their reaction to the decision made by the authorities.
