An Investigation into the Menace of Abandonment of Building Projects in Polytechnics in Zone B Geopolitical Area of Benue State

This study is an investigation into the menace of abandonment of building projects in polytechnics in Zone B geopolitical area of Benue State, Nigeria. The research is aimed at investigating into the menace of abandonment of building projects in polytechnics in Zone B geopolitical area of Benue State, Nigeria. Specifically, the study seeks to achieve the following objectives: to identify the factors that causes building projects abandonment in polytechnics in Zone B geopolitical area of Benue State, Nigeria, to examine the effects of building projects abandonment in polytechnics in Zone B geopolitical area of Benue State Nigeria and to find possible solution to building projects abandonment in polytechnics in Zone B geopolitical area of Benue State, Nigeria. A descriptive survey design is used for this study where certain number of respondents were selected by stratified random sampling technique for data collection. An interview was utilized to collect data. Analysis was done using simple percentile and rating.
