Molecular and immune correlates of response to first-line de-escalated chemotherapy plus penpulimab and anlotinib in advanced cervical cancer

We describe the results of a multicenter, single-arm phase 2 study of first-line de-escalated platinum-based chemotherapy with concurrent and maintenance therapy with penpulimab (an anti-PD-1 antibody) combined with anlotinib (an antiangiogenic multikinase inhibitor) in 34 patients with PD-L1 positive, persistent, recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer.
