Crohn's disease (CD) is rare in the World and in the Philippines. The occurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in CD is rare. Hodgkin’s Lymphoma (HL) in the small intestine is rare. Here is a 72 year old male nonsmoker nonalcoholic with CD, HCC, ileal HL, diabetes mellitus, and hypertensive arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease (HASCVD).
