Earthquake Detector With Alarm And Seismic Graph.

An earthquake is a natural event that occurs when the sudden release of energy in the Earth's crust causes the ground to shake or vibrate. It is often caused by the movement of tectonic plates, which are large pieces of the Earth's surface that float on the semi-fluid layer below. When these plates collide, slide past each other, or separate, they can generate seismic waves that travel through the Earth and cause the ground shake. Earthquakes scan vary in intensity and can range from small tremors that are hard lynotic eable to powerful quakes that can cause significant damage to buildings, infrastructure, and even result in loss of life. Our work focuses on developing an earthquake detection system using the accelerometer sensor and Arduino microcontroller. The combination of the accelerometer sensor, Arduino Uno microcontroller, and seismic graph plotting provides a comprehensive solution for earthquake detection and visualization. By leveraging affordable and accessible components, our system aims to contribute to early warning systems and disaster management efforts, ultimately improving safety and resilience in earthquake-prone regions. Through this work, we aspire to provide an efficient and reliable earthquake detection system that incorporates real-time graphing capabilities. By utilizing the accelerometer sensor and Arduino Uno microcontroller, we offer a practical and cost-effective Solution for detecting earthquakes and visualizing seismic data. Through this project, we contribute an efficient and reliable earthquake detection system, potentially saving lives.
