Abstract: The research is based on establishing legality or legality derived from Islamic law for a new global (commercial and economic) system according to the system of digital (electronic) currencies such as Bitcoin (Crypto). People agree on trading the currency, not like other current currencies, but what is being circulated now is more like a gambling system and global halls via the international Internet system.
