Abstract

In the article, "Figures of rotation", which is included in the content of Mathematics subject in XI classes of general education schools. The content of the skills intended to become subjects of the students in the pro-cess of teaching the materials for the "Cylinder, Cone, Sphere" educational unit has been presented. "Rotation figures" of the content elements that carry the "enabling function" in the formation of the aforementioned skills. Attention is directed to the presence of "cylinder, cone, sphere" in the educational unit and the technolo-gy of turning them into action in the students' cognition (adequate to the "movement-possibility-new quality" paradigm). “Figures of rotation. "Cylinder, Cone, Sphere" teaching unit "Rotation figures" based on the "Sys-tem-structure" dialectical approach of transformed elements. It is considered appropriate to make a system on the topics of "Cylinder and surface area of a cylinder", "Cone and its surface area", "Cut cone and its surface area", "Sphere and its parts". It should be noted that the system of assignments (questions, problems, work) that plays the role of a means of organizing and managing the educational process for mastering the content ele-ments presented by students should contain verbs that are required to be performed in the topics. Examples of tasks of that kind are included in the content of the work.
