Anapistula delrosalae Pertegal & Barranco, 2025, sp. nov.

Anapistula delrosalae sp. nov. Pertegal & Barranco 2025 Holotype: ♀, Cueva de Nerja, Málaga, Spain, 26/10/2001, A. Tinaut leg., MNCN 20.02 /41862, ms. Paratypes: all same locality as the holotype. 2 ♀♀, 21/01/2019, (CECOUAL TIPOS 0078–79, Ss, ms); 1 ♀, 14/09/2018 (CECOUAL TIPOS 008, al); 1 ♀, 13/05/2019, (CECOUAL TIPOS 0082, ms); 1 ♀, 14/03/2018, (CECOUAL TIPOS 0083, ms), (P. Barranco & Y. Del Rosal leg.); 1 ♀, 14/03/2018, (CECOUAL TIPOS 0080, ms) (Y. Del Rosal leg.); 1 ♀, 08/04/2001 (CCZ-UGR 22901- CG); 5 ♀♀, 26/10/2001 (CCZ-UGR 22902-6 CG, ms); 3 ♀♀, 2001 (CCZ-UGR 22907-09 CG, ms) (A. Tinaut leg.); 7 ♀♀, 14/12/2023 (P. Barranco & C. Pertegal leg.); (MNCN 20.02 /41897, al; CECOUAL TIPOS 0084-5, Ss; CECOUAL TIPOS 0086-9, al). Diagnosis Anapistula delrosalae sp. nov. can be distinguished from the females of other species in the genus by the following combination of characters: robust conical denticles in cheliceral furrow (Fig. 2), a serrated fang ridge (Fig. 2), one dorsal trichobothrium on the tibia (Fig. 3), a distal lyriform organ on the dorsal side of the metatarsi (Fig. 4), a triangular-shaped epigynal atrium over the ducts area, and an internal copulatory organ with a bowling pin-shaped median duct MD, two tiny LD, and two larger circular spermathecae (Fig. 5). The other species present in Europe, A. ataecina, is different to the new species because it has a smooth fang ridge (Cardoso & Scharff 2009: Figs. 3A–B), one trichobothrium on the patella, and a copulatory area with an elongated and columnar MD, two short LD with similar wide of MD, and proportionally small or medium-sized spermathecae (Cardoso & Scharff 2009: Figs. 7). The size differs between the two species, the new species is larger and more translucent than A. ataecina (Cardoso & Scharff 2009: Figs. 2 A, D–F), which is brown when it is alive (Fig. 6). Etymology: This species is named in honour of Yolanda del Rosal, biologist in the Cave of Nerja Research Institute. Description Female General appearance.Alive specimens pale yellow with prosoma and legs translucid and 2 darker stripes with chevron shape on the posterior side of opisthosoma (Figs. 6 and 13). Body and legs of white colour when preserved (Fig. 7). Prosoma. Clypeus high with five–six spiny setae. Four eyes in two groups disposed on each side of frontal area of carapace, one seta in each eye group (Fig. 8). Cheliceral furrow with two conical denticles (Fig. 9), fang ridge serrated. Maxillae longer than wide with serrula of 14–18 denticles on prolateral side (Fig.10). Labium short, widened, curved in its distal zone. Sternum shield-shaped, covered with long setae, posterior area truncated (Fig. 11). Legs with one retrolateral rugose area on all femora (Fig. 12), one dorsal strong macroseta, one dorsal trichobothrium on tibia, and one dorsal lyriform organ in metatarsi of all legs. Legs formula: Leg I> Leg IV> Leg II> Leg III. Opisthosoma globular, poorly covered by tiny setae with one chevron of darker colour on its posterior area (Fig. 6, 7 and 13). Epigynal area with wide triangle shaped atrium (Fig. 14), MD short, wider in the beginning and closer in its distal zone with two short and tiny LD and proportionally big circular sclerotized spermathecae (Fig. 15). Male unknown.
