THE IMPORTANCE OF PRIMER SYNTHESIS FOR APOPTOSIS GENES IN DETERMINING CYTOTOXIC ACTIVITY
Apoptosis is the programmed death of cells, which plays an essential role in cell survival and the healthy development of an organism. At the genetic level, controlling this process requires studying the expression of genes related to apoptosis. Additionally, studying changes in apoptosis genes is important in determining cytotoxic activity. This process is performed using PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) technology, which requires the synthesis of specific primers.
