Dataset derived from untargeted metabolomics analysis of stools from 19 relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS) patients and 20 healthy controls (HC). Our metabolomic analysis was performed by ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled to high-resolution mass spectrometry (UPLC/HR-MS).
