State aid through and after the temporary crisis: The transition framework of the European Commission related to the Russian-Ukrainian war
Abstract: This paper aims to put in theory and practice the new types of state aid such as those we have in the last period relative to the pandemic crisis. The war in Ukraine and the energy crisis have alarmed all the Europe so that the European Commission has had to decide how to proceed. We have a new system of aid through the temporary crisis framework where through amendments it has led to new transition rules to accommodate both the companies involved in the energy crisis but also to not leave the people to a continuous economic crisis in the sector. The questions are many and they turn to this main one, that is, every time we have a crisis would we be able to establish a temporary crisis framework? Will it be a new way to solve the problems in Europe and beyond?
