Optimizing Human Resources Management through Data-Driven Decision Making: An Exploration into the Efficacy of Digital Analytics and Insights in Modern Organizations

Abstract: Integrating data analytics into HR management is considered a breakthrough, but it comes with its own set of challenges. Issues such as data quality, privacy concerns, and the need for specific skill sets present significant hurdles (Anderson and Gerbing, 1988). Additionally, ethical considerations regarding data usage add complexity (Albaum et al., 1995). The primary objectives of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of digital analytics in HR Decision-Making. The secondary objective is to identify challenges in implementing data analytics in HR. Understanding the barriers HR departments face in integrating data analytics is crucial for developing best practices (Ghanouane and Benkaraache, 2022). By addressing the challenges and leveraging the opportunities identified in this research, HR professionals can harness the power of data analytics to drive strategic decision-making and improve organizational outcomes (Gupta and George, 2016). Future research should continue to explore the evolving landscape of data analytics in HR, with a focus on developing best practices and addressing emerging challenges (Mehmood and Graham, 2015). Keywords: Data Analytics, HRM, Challenges, Opportunities, Strategic Decision Making
