This study looks at the economy’s revitalization through the influx of digital nomads as well as the moderating tourism of the region along with the local community’s sentiments towards such a phenomenon. The research attempts to understand the shifting dynamics of these areas including the possible displacement of traditional business and residents and their consequences towards effective and just tourism development. In the end, it seeks to offer some gentrification policy solutions to the problem while enhancing urban development for the gentrifies and nomadic tourists.
