Evaluation of the training of qualified employees: education and quality of knowledge

The subject of the study. Personnel is an important component of any organization. In boththe public and private sectors, human resource management is an area that is often focused on toimprove efficiency and effectiveness.Research methods. The article examines the development trend of the agricultural sector,characteristic of recent years, the decrease in the number of employees, which occurred as aresult of increasing the productivity of equipment and organizational changes in production. Specificrequirements for employees depending on the size of the enterprise are notedWork results. The author highlighted the assessment of experts regarding areas where directlosses of enterprises amount to tens of billions of hryvnias. In most territories, due to active hostilities,the sowing campaign was not carried out. There is no information on the state of enterprises in theoccupied territories. If possible, large agricultural companies facilitated the evacuation of workers tosafer regions of Ukraine. The article provides an assessment of the possibilities of independent financing of the training ofqualified workers by types of economic activity, highlights the issue of the need and selection of qualifiedpersonnel, which is of great importance for the agricultural sector.And the issue of lack of certain knowledge and skills is also revealed, which can be compensatedby a responsible attitude to work and willingness to learn from more experienced employees. Therequirement of responsibility in the work of an employee in the agricultural sector is also dictated bythe high cost of the equipment used and the risks of significant losses in the event of its damage.Conclusions. The article proposes an intensive renewal of the park of agricultural machinery withthe spread of the latest agricultural technologies, an increase in the value of computer skills andknowledge of a foreign language, which is due to the need to work with technical documentation formodern equipment. And proposals for close cooperation of enterprises and employers on the trainingof qualified workers with vocational and technical education institutions by types of economic activitywere also made.
