Scripts for GHG-Microbes Consortium publication

The release contains codes and script for bioinformatics and data analyses for the publication entitled "Microbial community drives the Greenhouse Gas Emissions from Prawn Farms". To comprehensively extrapolate microbial stewardship in GHG emission, this study observed the community structure, measured microbial diversity, and determined gene abundance using high-resolution Illumina sequencing and real-time qPCR technology, respectively. Furthermore, authors also interrogated human activities/farming characteristics and collected water quality that influences the emission flux directly and indirectly.
