Practices on Work-Related Values of the Bukidnon Association of Catholic Schools (BUACS) Teaching Personnel: Its Cultural Values Assessment

This study examined the work-related values practices of the elementary and secondary teaching personnel of the Bukidnon Association of Catholic Schools (BUACS) vis-à-vis its cultural value assessment. The participants of the study were the 280 randomly selected elementary and secondary teachers in all BUACS’ member schools during the school year 2018-2019. The research questionnaire of Schwartz, et al. (2001) specifically on the work-related values dimension served as the data gathering instrument. Mean and standard deviation revealed that both the elementary and the secondary teaching personnel of BUACS member schools practiced to a great extent their work-related values.
