For best results, put all R-scripts (tutorial and function files) together with the CSV data file in the same directory. Then start RStudio (or any other IDE) by clicking on the tutorial. This ensures that source and data files will be will recognized, otherwise paths must be specified. Use of MRA scripts: When using the MRA scripts for the Shape PCA, the PCA Ratio Spectrum, and the LDA Ratio Extractor in a publication, make sure that you download the newest versions from here 10.5281/zenodo.3890195.
