Using peripheral blood multi-omics technology to study the human response to plateau mountaineering
Blood circulation is the basis of human metabolism. Blood contains a wealth of information. Peripheral blood sampling is convenient and safe. Blood testing is an important detection method for monitoring changes in the body. Free nucleic acid in blood, peripheral immune cells, etc. have important detection and research value. The multi-group blood method can minimally invasively monitor the body's stress response under extreme conditions such as mountaineering, and can characterize the changes in cells, gene expression, proteome, and metabolome associated with high-altitude exercise, which is useful for exploring high-altitude mountaineering The impact of exercise on various physiological indicators of the human body and the understanding of the mechanism of adaptation to high altitude and extreme environments are of great scientific significance. This project plans to recruit 50 volunteers in the climbing activities organized by Huada Sports or other cooperative units, collect health questionnaire survey information, collect routine physical examination report information, LLS questionnaire and MOKA questionnaire, and record blood oxygen data at the time point of blood collection. The detection obtained peripheral blood PBMC cell transcriptome and epigenomic sequencing data, plasma free nucleic acid sequencing data, and plasma proteome and metabolome data. Through the method of blood multi-omics, the physiological mechanism of adaptability to high altitude and extreme conditions is analyzed, and the stress response and adaptation mechanism of humans under extreme conditions are explored.
