cfDNA WGBS of generally healthy adults

Whole genome bisulfite sequencing (WGBS, approximately 30X) was performed on plasma cell-free DNA (cfDNA) of 98 generally healthy adults, including 52 females and 46 males (aged 22-77 years). This dataset enables the investigation of age- and sex-associated DNA methylation signatures in human plasma cell-free DNA.
