Single-cell sequencing of spleen from IMQ-induced IL-17B KO mice

female C57BL/6, IL-17B KO mice (8 weeks old, n=6) were treated with 1.25 mg of 5% imiquimod cream, which was applied to the ear three times a week. After 10 weeks of treatment, all mice were sacrificed by inhalation of carbon dioxide. Spleen tissues from IMQ-treated IL-17B KO and wide-type mice were used to prepare single-cell suspensions, which were subsequently sent to OE Biotech (Shanghai, China) for scRNA-seq.
