El derecho de acceso a la administración de justicia de justicia y los retos actuales para su ejercicio

Abstract. This research analyzes the constitutional, legal and jurisprudential antecedents that have regulated the right of access to the administration of justice in Colombia, and have resolved social, economic, cultural and institutional problems, which in Colombia prevent its exercise without limitations, highlighting the importance of questioning if the norms that regulate it are efficient and fulfill their purpose of guaranteeing this fundamental right? Similarly, the objective to be developed is to propose workable solutions to the obstacles referenced above. On the other hand, the research approach of this article is based on Parsons' symbolic interactionism, based on the communication of actors, (State-Society); and how their relationship can solve access to the administration of justice (Ramírez, C. 2011, p. 63). We will also carry out a study from the sociology of law, since our research involves social behaviors that are relevant in the application of the same, for this we will take contributions from research and legal norms that develop the way in which Colombian law has addressed the protection of this constitutional guarantee, demonstrating that efforts have been insufficient and the importance of creating non-formal justice centers that reach all territories.
