Design Graphene of Nano Patch Antenna For Frequency Selector In Terahertz By Using Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) Techniques A Thesis Submitted To College Of Natural And Computational Science School of Graduate Studies.

Graphene has the point of attraction for the wireless communication technology .because of its mechanical, thermal, chemical and optical properties. Due to its unicharacter graphene has given rise to a plethora of potential applications in many diverse fields, ranging from ultrahigh – speed transistors to transport solar cells. A definition of graphene with its surface conductivity and the surface impedance. I have set up the simulations in CST MW Studio. We have designed and analyzed the graphene based Nano patch antenna for frequency selector in terahertz. The graphene based patch is designed on FR4 substrate having a dielectric constant of 3.5, to radiate at a single frequency of 10.8 THz, RO400C substrate having a dielectric constant of3.55, to radiate at a single frequency of 11.2 THz, Polymide substrate having a dielectric constant of 3.5 to radiate at a single frequency of 11.4 and ArlonAD255C having a dielectric constant of 2.6 to radiate at a single frequency of 12.8THz by using CST microwave studio2020. Further, this antenna is made to resonate at different frequencies of THz by changing substrate .Various antenna parametres such as return loss, VSWR, gain, efficiency and bandwidth are also determined for different band operation .The absorption cross section of the antenna is also analyzed and is related with the performance of the antenna. Using a full wave electromagnetic simulator based on CST Microwave method has carried out the simulation 5.<br>
