Inteligencia artificial aplicada a la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, revisión narrativa de la literatura
Introduction: Artificial intelligence emerges as a key tool for safety and health at work, the use of interactive tools and the transformation of occupational risk management, through the automation of dangerous tasks that reduce workers' exposure to risky environments, improving operational efficiency and employee preparation for potentially dangerous situations. Objective: Identify the results of the use of artificial intelligence tools applied to occupational health and safety. Methods: Narrative descriptive review between October and November 2023, in PubMed, ProQuest, Dialnet, Google Scholar, Springer and Redalyc databases, using keywords, Boolean connectors and final analysis of 47 documents, compiled in an Excel matrix. Results: There are different artificial intelligence tools that are proposed to carry out the most efficient and fastest processes, starting from the automation of risky tasks to the creation of advanced monitoring systems, through the capture of data supported by machine learning algorithms, identification of risk conditions, use of personal protection elements and decision making in the workplace; This includes the evaluation of the conduct of workers and the definition of the employer's responsibility in protecting the health of employees. Conclusion: Artificial intelligence tools based on big data and algorithms offer the possibility of increasing operational efficiency and increasing productivity, but caution must be taken in their implementation and ethics when handling this type of technology.
