QUALITY INDICATORS FOR THE DRUG DISPENSING IN COMMUNITY PHARMACIES: A SCOPING REVIEW PROTOCOL
Assessing the quality of health services is essential for their planning, organization and coordination. Despite this, the literature highlights gaps in measuring the quality of the drug dispensing process. Therefore, this study aims to identify quality indicators for drug dispensing in community pharmacies. A scoping review will be carried out, in accordance with the JBI Reviewer's Manual and with the recommendations of the PRISMA for Scoping Reviews. An electronic search will be carried out in the databases: PubMed/MEDLINE, LILACS, Scopus, Web of Science and Embase, using descriptors related to “Quality indicators, health care”, “Dispensing”, “Community pharmacies”, and their respective synonyms. Then, two researchers will independently select the studies and disagreements will be analyzed and resolved by a third researcher. Subsequently, data will be extracted independently by two researchers and presented narratively.
