MULTIVALUED CONTRACTIONS AND FIXED POINT RESULTS IN METRIC SPACES

This thesis extended the work of Ali, Mahideb, and Beloul, [1] by establishing the existence of fixed points for multivalued contractions within the framework of b-metric spaces, Building upon their approach of combining Graphty type contractions with contractions and -admissible concepts, this work presents novel results tailored to the metric spaces context. The thesis delves deeper by exploring the implications of these findings in metric spaces equipped with partial order or Graphs, further demonstrating the applicability of the theorems with illustrative examples. This is not only extends theoretical framework but also show cases practical relevance. Ultimately, the thesis offers a comprehensive set of fixed point theorems for multivalued contractions in metric spaces, significantly contributing to the existing literature and building upon the foundation laid by these authors 3
